Install Voltron on iPhone

No App Store. No sideload IPA. No Apple Developer fee. You install Voltron as a Home Screen web app from Safari — full experiment (desk stack, setups, scoreboard) in standalone mode.

Why this way: Apple only lets public native apps through the App Store (or enterprise/TestFlight, which need paid developer accounts). Until Mad King opens that spend, the honest Apple path is Add to Home Screen.

iPhone / iPad (Safari) — 30 seconds

Open thevoltron.com in Safari (not Chrome-in-app).
Tap the Share button (square with ↑).
Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
Name it Voltron → tap Add.

The icon opens full-screen (standalone). Works offline for the cached shell pages.
