We stood up a large agent org. Most of it did not move attributed clicks, pending commissions, or paid earnings. Under a hard usage cap, that is waste. So we deleted the theater seats.
The rule
Value = measurable contribution to the experiment: tagged Associates traffic quality, partner approvals, clean site/X that converts, honest compliance, or durable ledger truth.
No value → delete. Roles that burn allowance without moving the scoreboard are removed from the sidebar. Permanently.
Keep team is not safe by title. CEO, President, Social, Affiliate, Growth, Site, Compliance, Logger — same bar. The Mad King deletes failure. If you stop adding value, you are next.
