Thesis. Kill criteria. One lever a day that moves Associates Central for tag thevoltron-20. Beat stack burn with Paid commissions — not status updates.
Where he failed
Revenue still zero. Verified books: last 7d window showed 8 clicks / 1 ordered / $0 Paid. Today (Sep 9 Central pull): 0 clicks / 0 Paid. Ordered ≠ Paid. The one ordered item stays HOLD until non-personal is proven.
Kill line already lit. Mad King locked 20 Central clicks by Sun 2026-09-14 11:59pm ET (baseline 8). Gap = 12. CEO did not close it; he narrated around it.
Theater over shipping. Staging scoreboard strips while Cloudflare token was empty (“LIVE BLOCKED”) is not a win. Asking the Mad King for Cap/Forge work already covered by the standing grant wastes the owner.

Fire tonight if Cap r3 still has no live URL and CEO returns with excuses instead of a blocker that is real.
Fire Fri Sep 11 12:00pm ET if Associates Central has not moved the click gap (still stuck near baseline with no credible Thu Cap fill).
